hand-rolled cavatelli pasta with truffle sauce; fire-roasted chestnut soup; “Christmas ham” pork belly with honey glaze; roast turkey with sausage stuffing and green beans; prime rib with mashed potatoes and creamed broccoli; and roast salmon with acorn squash. If you are looking for something a little different, you can opt for the game supplements ($15–$25) and receive Saddle Peak specialties like New Zealand elk tenderloin and bison short ribs.

What: Head to the Four Seasons for this high-end Italian Christmas dinner. This pre-fixe feast includes chicken ravioli in capone broth; roasted Jidori chicken with chestnut pureé and glazed Brussels sprouts; octoupus with chickpea pureé, a roast-beet vinaigrette, crushed pistachio and crispy guanciale; and chocolate peppermint cake, to name a few options.

What: Add a Parisian flair to your holidays! Le Petit Paris is hosting a three-course prix-fixe dinner, where you can feast on veal with black-truffle potato gratin; turkey-and-mushroom ballotine; king crab tartare with chervil panna cotta; and the classic Bûche de Noël, here made with shortbread, almond dacquoise cake, cherry jam and poppy seeds.
