This free, family-friendly festival promises a lively blend of music, art, games, and unique historical insights into our beloved harbor.

The Los Angeles County Department of Beaches and Harbors, in partnership with The Music Center, is proudly hosting this vibrant community celebration. It will take place from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the picturesque Burton Chace Park, located at 13650 Mindanao Way in Marina del Rey.

Organizers describe the Marina Culture Jam as a family-oriented festival designed to celebrate cultural diversity through live entertainment and interactive activities. Throughout the five-hour event, you'll discover dynamic drum circles, engaging live performances by groups like TAIKOPROJECT & INCA, The Peruvian Ensemble, and a variety of cultural art workshops. Kids will love the dedicated Craft Corner, and everyone can enjoy lawn games, delicious food trucks, free giveaways, and a fun photo booth. Don't miss the unique historic harbor tours that highlight the evolution of Marina del Rey since its founding in 1965!

Marina Culture Jam is part of a series of public events organized by L.A. County to recognize six decades of the harbor community’s remarkable growth and cultural contributions.
