Palisades Community Rises to Support Students Affected by Fires: Benefit Gala at The Luxe Hotel

The recent fires that impacted our Pacific Palisades community have left a mark, particularly on our students. Homes were damaged, lives were disrupted, and for many students, essential resources like sporting equipment, musical instruments, and technology were lost. But in true Palisades spirit, our community is rallying together to support these students and help them rebuild.

Palisades Charter High School, in conjunction with the Pali High Booster Club, is stepping up in a big way. They're transforming their annual gala into a special benefit event dedicated to supporting students affected by the fires. Mark your calendars for March 29th, as The Luxe Hotel in Brentwood will be the venue for an evening of community, support, and healing.

This isn't just about replacing lost items; it's about restoring a sense of normalcy and connection for our students. The Booster Club, known for their vital support of arts, academics, athletics, and technology at Pali High, is working tirelessly to ensure that the funds raised will directly impact the students who need it most.

And what a fantastic evening it promises to be! Get ready for a night of laughter and community as comedian Maz Jobrani takes the stage. He has generously donated his time to bring our community together through the power of humor. The evening will also feature a delicious buffet dinner, an open bar, a DJ, and dancing – providing the perfect opportunity to connect with neighbors, reflect on recent events, and show your support for Pali High students.

The support extends beyond the gala itself. An exciting online auction, running from March 1st to March 29th, offers a chance to bid on incredible items, with all proceeds going to the student support fund. Imagine winning a four-night stay at the Four Seasons Maui, a three-day retreat at Deer Valley Ski Resort, or a four-night escape to a charming 1969 A-frame house in Lake Arrowhead!
