Valentine’s Day 2022

The season of love is upon us, and Los Angeles is going all out in celebration—as we do for every holiday, of course!

Below are just a few of the many Valentine’s Day events happening in Los Angeles—and don’t worry, there are options for couples and singles.

1. Broken Hearts Circus

The Circus of Broken Hearts is an annual tradition at Angel City Brewery, and it’s perfect for friends and singles.

This year’s Circus will be especially lively with the help of highly talented contortionists, aerialists, stilt-walkers, and so much more.

There will also be a tasty assortment of candies (vegan inclusive) and fun beverages—because who doesn’t love slushies!?

The event begins at 1 pm on February 19th. Attendees must be 21+ and vaccinated. Feel free to bring your dog friends as well.

2. Line Dance of Love

From 6 pm to 10 pm on Valentine’s Day, Desert 5 Spot is hosting Line-Dancing lessons for couples and singles.

Couples tickets are $75, and singles tickets are $40. All tickets include the Line-Dancing lesson and one or two cocktails, depending on the type of ticket you purchase.

Attendees must be 21+ and vaccinated.

3. One Colorado, Old Pasadena

One Colorado has three Valentine’s Day events going on this month.

Until Valentine’s Day, shoppers can write a sweet message to their love, their crush, or whoever, and tie it up on one of the Heart Strings hanging throughout the mall. It’s a super cute and simple way to get into the Valentine’s Day spirit. And it makes for a fun photo too!

On Valentine’s Day, head over to the One Colorado Courtyard (behind Salt & Straw) and make a special Valentine’s Day bouquet for free. Be sure to arrive early as supplies are limited. And don’t forget to share your beautiful bouquet on social media with #loveblossoms.

On February 19th, participate in a yoga and brunch event hosted by Spenga, Pasadena. The free yoga class starts at 10 am, and all participants will be given a discount and promotion pamphlet for Sage Vegan Bistro.

If you are interested in attending the 11 am brunch, a $5 donation is required to reserve your seat at Sage Vegan Bistro. In addition to the coupon booklet, brunch guests will also receive a free juice or smoothie with their meal.

4. Sweetheart Rides

Calling all car enthusiasts, this Valentine’s Day event is perfect for you!

On February 13th, from 10 am to 3 pm, you can take your valentine for a sweet ride at Zimmerman Automobile Driving Museum.

Attendees have three cars to choose from, and the ride is sure to be safe with the museum docents behind the wheel.

Admission is free, but it never hurts to donate.

As a bonus, there will also be a Super Bowl pre-game in the Packard Ballroom. The game will be shown on a projector.

5. Valentine’s Day Makers Market

Runway Playa Vista hosts a family-and-pet-friendly Valentine’s Day Makers Market on February 12th from 10:30 am to 3:30 pm.

Forty local businesses and creatives are selling their products and providing complementary services for attendees. There will be fun activities and face painting for the little ones, as well as food, live music, and even a floral truck.

One Last Thing

Have a happy, love-filled Valentine’s Day!
