It is once again time for the famous LA marathon, previously known as the Stadium to Sea marathon which originally ended at the Santa Monica Pier. This year the marathon has been titled Stadium to the Stars as it will be finishing in Century City. This iconic run will be starting at the Dodgers Stadium and ends at Avenue of the Stars in Century City. The race will be taking place Sunday, March 20th and as always, it promises entertainment from start to finish.

The course will be taking the runners through downtown LA, Little Tokyo, Hollywood and much more. Participants will get to enjoy LA’s well known landmarks such as the Hollywood Walk of Fame, Capitol Records Tower and Rodeo Drive just to name a few. There will be live music throughout different points of the course and the performances range from The Beatunes, a Beatles cover band to Las Colibri, an all women mariachi band.

There will be a finish festival for those to wish and stay to celebrate at Century Park from 9am to 2pm. Those who decide to join can expect live music as well as a beer garden presented by Heineken which will be opening at 10am.

If you want to enjoy the marathon live on TV, KTLA Channel 5 will be streaming it as well on their website. You can expect to see many well known and recognized runners as well as celebrities participating in this event.
