Easter is just around the corner, and whether you plan on searching for eggs with the kids or enjoying an easter brunch mimosa with friends, Silicon Beach has something for you! Below we’ve listed our favorite easter activities in Silicon Beach!


Annual Easter Spring Egg Hunt by Venice Beach

This annual event draws a massive crowd as children of all ages search to find the most hidden eggs! The event is split up into 4 different time slots, so that children of all ages have a chance to enjoy the fun at their own pace. Children 3 years and under start the day with the 10:30am hunt, followed by  4-5 years old at 11:00am and 6-8 years old at 11:30am. The 9-11 years old finish out the day at 12:00 noon with the hardest of the Easter egg hunts.


All children will get free candy, and there will be prizes for whoever gets the most number of eggs in their age group. There is also a meet and greet with “Peter Cottontail” so bring your camera! You’ll also need to bring your own basket as non with be provided at the event.

Marina del Rey Easter Brunch Cruise

There are few better ways to celebrate a beautiful Easter morning than on a Brunch cruise with friends and family. Hop aboard a boat and enjoy the gorgeous view of the Southern California coastline.


The cruise features a generous brunch buffet brimming with classic breakfast fare, holiday classics and chocolatey treats. To make the morning even more fun, you can enjot free-flowing Champagne, live entertainment and even a visit from the Easter Bunny himself.


The cruise is 2 hours long and is offered at 2 different times on Easter Sunday, 10 AM and 11 AM. Tickets are $75 a person, and they can be purchased here!


Peter Rabbit Day in Santa Monica

For the 24th consecutive year, Santa Monica is celebrating easter with Peter Rabbit Day! The whole family is invited to Douglas Park in Santa Monica for some egg dying, hunting, tossing, and more. The event will also feature a visit from the local police and fire stations, as well as the Easter bunny himself, Peter Rabbit!


The free event takes place on Saturday, March 31 from 9:00am through 12:00pm!
