Spring in LA
Best Brunch Spots in Los Angeles
Springtime calls for nature walks, baseball games, and, my personal favorite, brunch with friends. Los Angeles is home to a number of culinary geniuses, and we have the best brunch spots around because of it.
Even during a pandemic, we are able to continue enjoying some of our favorite restaurants with outdoor dining, pickup options, and delivery services. Below you will find some of our personal favorites, and hopefully, you can have a socially distanced brunch date soon!
This gem of a brunch spot is family-owned and located in Santa Monica and uses only locally grown ingredients. They provide options for a number of dietary needs, including gluten-free, paleo, and vegan meals. You can even sign up for customizable meal service on their website!
Contrary to their name, Creme de la Crepe offers a lot more than just crepes (although their crepes are amazing, too!). The menu features traditional French cuisine, like escargot and beef tartar, as well as more classic breakfast items, such as omelets and french toast. They also have a ton of buckwheat crepe flavors to choose from (all gluten-free!).
Destroyer is a great brunch spot located in Culver City. They use fresh and clean ingredients to create a unique menu any explorative eater can appreciate, with flavors perfect for all palates.
Manuela is nestled in the Los Angeles Arts District and uses locally grown ingredients in all their dishes. The menu changes with each season, so you will truly get a springtime experience when ordering from Manuela. They will also be hosting an Easter Sunday brunch on April 4th from 10 am to 4 pm, reservations can be made on their website.
Located in Bellflower, The Nest - A Breakfast Joint is a gem for breakfast foods. From a veggie scramble to homemade biscuits and gravy, there is a ton to choose from on the menu. They also have special menu items for those with dietary restrictions!
